A Service to Share

Good afternoon!

And thank you for your patience. It has been one of those days when the best I can say is, "Well, it will make a good sermon illustration someday."

I'll spare you the details; otherwise, there goes the sermon illustration. Suffice it to say, I was attempting a new thing today, something more approximating some of what's traditional for us on Sundays. Then, figuratively speaking, the soup pan sprung a leak and there went the soup.

What's great is that I'm still able to send you the PowerPoint part of the service. And I can claim that what wound up on the floor was GREAT, and you'll be kind enough to sort of believe me, for which I am truly grateful.

The main thing is that below is an order of worship that you can pray through, read through. Join me in missing the music. Join me in seeking God in the silence. Let us together offer ourselves, our worship, to the One who made us and loves us, soup-spillers all.
