Equipping, Empowering, and Engaging in a Changing World — Engaging a changing world has been part of Christian mission and discipleship in every age, but the rate at which we have been asked to change, adapt, improvise, and change some more in this past year has been unimaginable. Winterfest 2021 is a reflection of this unprecedented season and will harness much of what we have learned about equipping, empowering, and engaging under these extraordinary circumstances, even as we seek to learn more.
Join us on Zoom each night for small group workshops led by a variety of San Gabriel Presbytery leaders on a wide range of topics both theological and practical. (See flyer linked below for workshop details.) Come back on Saturday morning for our culminating gathering of worship and plenary address from Rev. Bruce Reyes Chow—Presbyterian Pastor, former Moderator of the General Assembly, and expert consultant on issues of faith, technology, race, and parenting.
